Damage or Defect Reporting

If any product arrives damaged or missing, we require a complete uncut video of the unboxing as proof to claim replacement. Claims without unboxing video footage will not be considered. Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damaged or missing items. If unboxing video is not proper, no claims will be guaranteed
