Cancellation & Refund Policy for Astrology, Reiki and Crystal Consultation

Thank you for trusting us with your journey. Every consultation, session and astrology reading is prepared with care and intention, tailored uniquely to the individual.

As each service is customized and energetically aligned to your personal details, all consultations are considered final. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not applicable.

Please note that consultation timings may be rescheduled due to astrologer/ healer / consultant availability. In such cases, the session will be postponed to a mutually suitable time, and no refund will be issued.

If an appointment is cancelled from our side due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the consultation amount will be initiated. Please note that any convenience or processing fees are non-refundable.
